Shipping Protection — Delivered Parcel Theft

One-time price: USD 4.99 per order. Covers one replacement shipment of the SneakySantaRoof decorations in the same order if the original parcel is stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the correct address. Coverage lasts 30 calendar days from confirmed delivery. Contact us within that period with the carrier delivery record and a description of what happened.

This service does not cover an incorrect address supplied at checkout, a parcel received by you or someone you authorized, or an intentionally false claim. It is not needed for a parcel lost before delivery or damaged in transit: contact us for the standard remedy at no extra charge. One replacement shipment per covered order; the service ends after that replacement.

This optional paid service is provided by SneakySantaRoof. It is additional to your existing consumer rights, standard refund policy and free remedies for faulty goods, non-delivery or transit damage. Buying it is not required to receive those remedies. No subscription.

You may cancel for a full refund before the order is dispatched. Any further cancellation rights required by applicable law remain available.

1 Year Warranty — Accidental Damage Plan

One-time price: USD 14.99. This optional service contract covers one accidental-damage replacement of ONE SneakySantaRoof decoration purchased in the same order, during the 12 months after delivery. If your order has several decorations, you may claim for one of them; this purchase does not cover every decoration in the bundle.

Accidental damage means an unintentional event that physically damages the decoration, such as a tear or fall. Send your order number, photos and a description of the accident. We provide one replacement decoration with shipping included. If that style is unavailable, we will agree a comparable replacement with you. Coverage ends after the replacement or at the end of 12 months, whichever comes first.

Not covered: normal wear or fading, intentional damage, loss or theft, or damage that occurred before delivery. Manufacturing defects and other legally required remedies are handled separately without charging for this plan.
