Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping to all destinations available at checkout. No minimum order value is required. If your country or address is not available at checkout, please contact us before ordering.

Estimated delivery: 8–15 calendar days

Our estimated delivery time is 8–15 calendar days from the date you place your order. Order processing is included in this estimate, not added on top. We normally process orders within 1–3 business days; weekends and public holidays are not processing days.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Holiday demand, customs checks, severe weather or carrier disruptions may cause delays. Please allow extra time when ordering for Christmas. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you with an update and available options.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we will email your tracking details. Tracking scans may take 1–3 days to appear. For help, email sneakysantaroof@outlook.com with your order number.

Taxes and import charges

Applicable charges collected by us are shown at checkout. Depending on your destination, customs authorities or carriers may collect additional import duties, taxes or clearance charges that are not included in free shipping. Any charges already collected at checkout should not be paid twice; contact us if you need help.

Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, tracking appears stalled, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where required. Carrier delays do not remove your statutory rights or our responsibility to resolve delivery problems.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before ordering. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We will help where possible, but changes may not be possible after dispatch. Any proposed redelivery charge will be explained before you agree to it.
