These terms apply to purchases from the SneakySantaRoof online store. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Using our store

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or use it for unlawful purposes.

Products and prices

The description and selected options on the product page identify what you are ordering. Decorative props shown in lifestyle images are not included unless expressly stated. Screen settings may affect displayed colours. We aim to keep descriptions, availability and prices accurate.

The checkout shows your selected currency, item prices and charges collected by us before you pay. Standard shipping is free. Changes to prices or these terms do not retrospectively change an accepted order. If we discover a material pricing or description error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it; if the order cannot proceed, any payment for the cancelled items will be refunded.

Orders and payment

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, suspected fraud or a payment failure, subject to applicable law. We will notify you and refund any payment taken for an order we cannot fulfil. Payments are processed through the payment providers shown at checkout.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 8–15 calendar days from ordering, including normal processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. See our Shipping Policy for tracking, address corrections, customs and delayed deliveries. We remain responsible for resolving delivery problems as required by law.

Returns and cancellations

Our 30-day return offer and applicable statutory cancellation and defect rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Email us promptly if you need to cancel or amend an order.

Product use

Follow the instructions supplied with your decoration and secure it to a suitable location. These products are decorative items, not toys or climbing equipment. Keep them away from open flames and use care when installing or displaying them.

Third-party services and privacy

Our store is hosted on Shopify and uses service providers to process payments and fulfil orders. Their separate services may have their own terms. Information about personal data and your privacy choices is provided in our Privacy Policy.

Responsibility and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods. Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply. We do not exclude our responsibilities merely because a third-party carrier or service provider is involved.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future purchases by posting a revised version. The terms in effect when you order apply to that purchase, subject to mandatory law.
