Refund policy

We want you to enjoy your SneakySantaRoof order. This policy explains our 30-day return offer and does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

30-day returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery. Under this voluntary offer, items should be unused, undamaged and in resaleable condition, with the original packaging where possible and proof of purchase. These conditions do not restrict any legal right to inspect goods, withdraw from a purchase or claim a remedy for faulty goods.

How to request a return

Email sneakysantaroof@outlook.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. A reason is helpful but is not required when exercising a statutory withdrawal right. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send goods to the address on the parcel without checking with us first; it may not accept returns.

Return shipping

You pay the direct cost of returning an item because you changed your mind. We cover reasonable return costs where the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect. We do not charge a restocking fee. Keep your proof of posting; tracked return shipping is recommended.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem, including your order number and photos if available. We will work with you to arrange the appropriate replacement, repair or refund under applicable law, at no additional cost where we are responsible. There is no 48-hour or 7-day deadline that removes your statutory rights.

Refunds

We will inspect returned goods promptly and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 5–10 business days to display the funds after we issue the refund. Any mandatory legal refund deadline takes priority over our internal processing times.

EU, EEA and UK withdrawal rights

Where applicable, you may notify us that you wish to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You then have 14 days to send the goods back. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; a deduction may apply only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

For a valid statutory withdrawal, we refund the purchase price and any eligible standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days after your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first, where the law permits. Extra costs for optional premium delivery are not refundable. Our standard outbound shipping is free.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or change an order. We will help before dispatch where possible. After dispatch, applicable return and withdrawal rights still apply. For an exchange, contact us so we can confirm availability and the next steps.

Your legal rights

Our 30-day offer is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or not delivered. For eligible EU consumer purchases, the minimum two-year legal guarantee applies. Longer or additional protections may apply in your country.
